Memorandum of Association (MoA), Article of Association (AOA), Partnership deed, and Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Agreement.

PAN Card of the company or sole proprietor.

Statement of consent or Board resolution by Partners.

Address proof of the office comprising NOC from the premises owner.

Shop and Establishment Certificate.

Evidence of Company bank account and Statement of Bank along with a canceled cheque.

Salary and attendance register.

Address proof of proprietor, managing director, authorized person, and managing director.

  • Visit the official website of APPT registration.
  • Through email registration, generate your password, which will allow you to log in.
  • As you generate the password after verifying your email, log in to commence the registration process.
  • As you will click on the “New Registration” provide the below-mentioned details, 
  1. If you have, enter the TIN or ETIN, or LTTIN (anyone).
  2. Provide the application date in the format of DDMMYYYY.
  3. Providing details of EDR.
  4. Select the circle from the list (mandatory).
  5. Enter the details of category type, under which provide the company’s name.
  6. You might be required to provide the PAN of the individual and company.
  7. Further, enter the details of the organization’s address such as door number, street name or number, locality, name of city/town/village, and municipality or Mandal.
  • You will enter details of the district, PIN code, mobile number, etc.
  • Also, include details of Service Tax Number and Annual turnover.
  • At last, after entering the number of employees, click on “Next Step.”
  • Now, a reference number will appear on the screen (note it for further reference).
  • Lastly, click “ok.”
