The problem associated with E-waste is not only the responsibility of its recycling but it also includes its channelization collection, considering that a non-effective collection plan will destroy the complete recycling cycle much more similar to a house of cards.
To resolve this growing pile of E-waste a proper collection strategy needs to be established and implemented. Moreover, a producer could get his liabilities recycled from an authorized recycler, however, he/she required a PRO for E-waste collection.
We as an Authorized PRO will provide assistance to the producers to deal with their liabilities. Also, our door to door pickups, Buy Back Schemes, collection centers/Drop points, expert warehousing and logistics will allow us to ensure conformance to these liabilities with utmost ease.
EPR is a registration completed under Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) for E-Waste channelization. Basically, it is a mandatory requirement which is applicable to all manufacturer, importer, producer, consumer, bulk consumer, dealers, e-retailer involved in manufacture, sale, transfer, storage and processing of e-waste or electrical and electronic equipment provided in Schedule 1, that further includes their components, consumables and spare parts.
We provide a complete solution for EPR registration, including collection of E-Waste at PAN India level, Dismantling and Recycling.
EPR is a registration through which the government has given an extended responsibility to the producer to channelize the E-waste generated into the markets. Producers are liable to collect back electronics through buy-back schemes, collection programmes and collection centers.
Proper channelization is important so that e-waste doesn’t end up in the wrong hands and harm the environment. Improper handling and hazardous dumping has degraded the environment and has impacted human health. Producers have to take the responsibility for proper channelization and have to get it recycled from an authorized recycler. General public should also be addressed for proper disposal of e-waste.

JR Compliance and Testing Lab provides assistance to producers, importers and manufacturers of electronics and electrical equipment (EEE) to fulfill their Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations under the E-Waste (Management) Rules 2016.
While providing assistance we also ensure to provide end-to-end services to the Producers with the purpose to become EPR compliant. With that, we consist of a large reverse logistics network in PAN India that connects stakeholders across the value chain including consumers, bulk consumers, waste pickers, and aggregators.
A producer after obtaining an EPR Authorization is required to fulfill below-mentioned compliance requirements which are termed as EPR Compliances.
We have an Agreement with M/s E-Waste Recyclers India is itself a Recycler and Dismantler. It is part of our agreement that M/s E-waste Recyclers India will provide recycling service to us and also will collect e-waste generated from PAN India and recycle/dismantle the same at their Plant at Industrial Shed no. 15, Rozka Meo Industrial Area, NUH, Mewat, Haryana–122103.
Our recycling partner M/s E-Waste Recyclers India is registered as a recycler with Haryana State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB) for Management and Recycling of E-Waste. Our recycling partner M/s E-Waste Recyclers India is having all authorization related to e waste recycling from HSPCB/CPCB and having all connections related to Air/Water/Hazardous waste has a capacity of 667 MT.
Our recycling partner M/s E-waste Recyclers India has signed an agreement with M/s Om Logistics Limited for reverse logistics service for Channelization of E-waste to the facility.
For collection of e-waste, if any customer wants to handover their old product they can reach us on our website or call us on our Toll free Number-1800-121-410-410. Our representative guides them about the nearest Drop Point or if required schedule a doorstep pick up. E-Waste material further sent for recycling facilities in M/s E-Waste Recyclers India Plant for proper recycling and disposal of e-waste. Our Channelization of E-waste to the facility is described below.
As an Authorized PRO, we will take initiatives to create awareness among the general public to ensure appropriate disposal of E-waste to eliminate the health and environmental hazards. In order to do so, we will organize regular workshops, seminars, and standalone booths. While addressing and guiding General public for proper disposal, non-dumping of electronic waste with regular municipal waste and safe handling of any inflammable waste.
